Epidemiologist

Studies how diseases and health outcomes are distributed across populations and what causes them. Designs observational and interventional studies, manages large datasets, runs statistical models, and translates findings into public health recommendations or clinical guidance.

Clinical Trial Scientist

Helps design clinical trial protocols and endpoints, reviews ongoing trial data for safety and efficacy trends, and works with clinical operations, statistics, and vendors to keep studies on track and decision-ready.

Study Director

Owns regulated studies end to end, writing protocols, coordinating execution, ensuring Good Laboratory Practice (GLP)-quality documentation, reviewing data, and delivering formal study reports that can stand up to audits.

User Experience Researcher

Plans and runs user studies to learn how people experience a product, analyzes qualitative and quantitative data, and turns insights into clear recommendations for product, design, and engineering.

Health Outcomes Researcher

Designs observational studies using Real-World Evidence (RWE) to evaluate Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR), runs statistical and economic analyses, and produces evidence packages like publications, models, and payer-facing summaries.

Human Factors Engineer

Runs usability and human factors studies to design safer, more efficient, and intuitive systems, products, and environments. Documents findings for regulated design controls, and partners with engineering and design to implement and verify safer, more usable systems.

Behavioral Scientist

Designs and tests behavioral interventions and experiments, analyzes results to estimate impact, and translates behavioral theory into practical recommendations that teams can implement.

Program Evaluator

Designs evaluations to measure whether programs work. Triangulates (collects and analyzes) data from multiple sources and methodologies, like surveys, interviews, and administrative sources. Reports findings in plain language for stakeholders and improvement.

Research Manager

Sets research direction and methods, plans projects and resources, keeps studies moving through timelines and stakeholders, and translates data into decisions while improving processes.

Senior Research Associate

Independently executes research work with strong methods and documentation, analyzes data, improves protocols, and contributes written outputs while coordinating with collaborators.

Senior Scientist

Leads scientific projects by designing rigorous studies, choosing methods, and guiding experiments from planning through analysis and decisions. Often mentors others and partners with cross-functional teams.

Clinical Development Scientist

Supports clinical stage programs by translating science into clinical plans. Contributes to protocol development, endpoint strategy, data review, vendor oversight, and cross functional decision making.
