
Client Engagement Manager
What this job does:
Serves as the primary point of contact between a scientific consulting or services firm and its pharma, biotech, or research clients. Day-to-day, leads project delivery by coordinating internal analyst teams, translating complex scientific data into strategic insights, and ensuring client needs are met on time and within budget. Spends significant time managing stakeholder expectations, presenting findings, and identifying opportunities to expand client relationships.
